That’s why I created Homeownership University,  a free educational series designed to teach you the real steps to becoming a homeowner, especially right here in Florida. Because homeownership isn’t just for the few — it’s for you.

 What Is Homeownership University?

Homeownership University is an online resource I built to simplify what schools never taught us — how to actually buy a home and build wealth through real estate. It’s a step-by-step email course that breaks everything down into short, easy lessons you can follow at your own pace. No jargon, no overwhelm — just real guidance from a Tampa realtor who’s been there, seen it all, and wants to see you win.

Each lesson covers one essential topic, like:

• How to get pre-approved and what “pre-qualified” actually means

• Rent vs. buy — how to know when you’re ready

Why I Started It

For me, Homeownership University came from a place of purpose. I’ve watched too many families — especially in our Latino community — believe that buying a home is too complicated or too far away. But the truth is, with the right education and support, it’s absolutely possible.

Faith reminds me daily that when we take one step toward our goals, God opens doors we never imagined. 🗝️ And I want this platform to be that open door for others.
